Pricing: All prices listed on this website include GST and are in Australian dollars. Prices listed do not include freight. Prices and product availability may vary from the Valley Music retail store.

Packaging: All orders are carefully packed for shipping. Guitars will only be shipped in a hard case if it is included with the guitar purchased. Guitars with no cases included will be carefully padded and packed in a cardboard guitar box.

Shipping: Once payment has been received, orders will be shipped within three business days.  Small sized orders will be sent via Australia post, guitars and medium sized orders will be shipped with Toll Ipec and the cost will be calculated at the checkout. Insurance is included in the freight cost and this covers the goods for loss or damage in transit. If your order is being shipped via Toll Ipec we advise you list a business address for delivery, as a non delivery charge of $21.53 will be applied if Toll Ipec have to redeliver. For larger items, such as amplifiers, we will contact you with a quote on shipping.

Payment Terms:  Payment must be made in full before any product will be shipped. We accept payment by Paypal, money order, bank cheque and direct deposit. Please allow time for processing of direct payments and clearing of cheques as no item will be sent until payment is received in full.

Warranties: Limited warranties come with all new products sold. Terms of the warranties will vary between suppliers. Please retain your receipt for proof of purchase and complete any manufacturer warranty enclosed. No separate warranty is offered by Valley Music. Second hand products will have a 1 month warranty supplied by Valley Music.

Refunds and Returns:  Products can be returned for refund or exchange (excluding any freight costs) if we are notified within ten days of receipt of the goods. We will only refund or exchange the product if there is a fault you were not aware of, the product is not as it was described, it does not do the job you were led to believe or it does not match the sample shown. We will not be able to refund or exchange if you change your mind, do not have proof of purchase, the goods are damaged after purchase or a fault was something you were made aware of before purchasing.

Any goods being returned must meet the criteria above. We must be notified in writing before any item is returned. There must be no signs of wear. All items must be in the condition as sold. They must be in original packaging and have all manufacturers warranty information and manuals included.
